The founders of Social Eagle are digital marketing pioneers and have been recognized in this ever-changing industry with their appointment to the Inaugural National Facebook Small & Medium Sized Business Council in 2014.
Jim Donio, CEO/Managing Director
Jim Donio is a serial entrepreneur and has founded, expanded, sold or been the CEO of more than a dozen businesses ranging in annual revenue from $200,000 to $200,000,000. He established his first company at 13 years old. He was appointed as one of only 12 founding members in the country to Facebook’s Inaugural National Small and Medium Sized Business Council.
He has been featured in major media outlets including: Advertising Age Magazine, American Express OPEN for Business, NPR and a variety of other publications and has lectured to regional, statewide and national audiences. Mr. Donio is currently a partner in numerous privately held holding companies and trusts. He has been honored with many awards, including AC Weekly’s Top 40 Under 40 and recognized as a NJ Heartland Hero.
In addition to his extensive for-profit background, he has been actively involved with philanthropic causes and has served on numerous non-profit boards and commissions for more than 25 years. He currently serves as the Chief Strategist of the Eagle Theatre, South Jersey’s only year-round professional, Equity theatre, located in Hammonton, NJ. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from the Villanova University School of Business in Villanova, Pennsylvania in 1998.
Ed Corsi, VP/Account DIRECTOR
Ed Corsi has a diverse background in Sales, Management and Marketing, as well as a lengthy resume in the entertainment world. He is the current Producing Director at the Eagle Theatre, South Jersey's only year-round professional Equity theatre. At this non-profit theatre, Mr. Corsi is responsible for the overall administrative and artistic operations.
Appointed to Facebook’s Inaugural National Small and Medium Sized Business Council. In addition, he is a member of The Casting Society of America, having cast over 75 professional productions, and a former member of Actors' Equity Association. Mr. Corsi has directed or performed in more than 100 professional productions and has graced the stage or screen with talents such as Ted Neeley, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Kevin Smith, Rosie O' Donnell, Deborah Gibson, Adrian Zmed and more.
Prior to joining the Eagle Theatre and Social Eagle, Mr. Corsi was a Sales Manager and General Manager for a National Transportation Company, a Sales Manager for a lead commercial driving school, and the Marketing and Sales Manager for one of the largest live entertainment booking companies on the East coast.
Ted Wioncek, III, VP/Creative Director
Ted Wioncek III has led creative teams working on experiential lifestyle, entertainment and technology for the past 10 years. A strong conceptual thinker, as well as a vibrant visual and strategically focused designer, Wioncek currently serves as Artistic Director of the Eagle Theatre. His hands-on leadership in creative concept and development has garnered him a reputation as “a master in storytelling.”
A comprehensive understanding of marketing and brand objectives, consumer needs, and the value of effective communications has led him to be featured in numerous publications regarding arts and business, including; The Philadelphia Inquirer, SJ Magazine’s “Someone to Watch”, for his success as one of the Tri-state’s up-and-coming business builders, and IEN Europe for his founding of Eagle Theatre’s Innovations Factory, a core of theming artists dedicated to experimental storytelling through medium advancing technology.
Appointed in 2014 to Facebook’s Inaugural National Small and Medium Sized Business Council. An accomplished writer, he has written copy for dozens of platforms, including; print, digital, social, marketing, press, short stories, essay, artwork, episodic shows, music and lyrics, stage and screen. He has overseen advertising campaigns across emerging channels and continues to lead rebranding and design efforts for companies throughout the region.
